Circuit to Get Your Sweat On
Here is one my at home circuit that will leave you sweating and smiling (hopefully). I have been doing it for months, and keep modifying some of the exercises to change it up! As I’ve mentioned before, you can add a fast paced walk on the treadmill in between set, also I use weights but the exercises can be modified to be body weight, or you can get creative with what you use! Here we go!!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Equipment needed:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Weights (we use dumbbells) ⠀⠀
- Kettle bell (we use dumbbells) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
- Treadmill (optional)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Warm up - 10 min ⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Circuit, 5 sets
1) Kettle bell swings, x10 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) Overhead push press, x5 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) Reverse lunge, x5 each side ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4) Bent over row, x5-10 each arm ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5) Sumo squats, x10 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Each circuit should take between 2.5-3 minutes, in between each circuit walk on the treadmill for 3 minutes (pace of 3.5 mph). ⠀⠀ ⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Enjoy & let me know if you try it!!!
