Everyday Jewellery
Who doesn’t love some bling? I definitely do, but I'm not a gliz n glam type of gal. I’m all about classy, timeless, staple jewellery pieces, so I have no problem spending more money on quality accessories. During day-to-day life I prefer to have smaller pieces that don’t get in the way while I’m treating patients. My taste is very dainty and classic with a touch of sparkle, I also love all things yellow gold. Here is my every day jewellery staples, I hope it helps if you’re looking for the newest addition to yours:
1) Rings on rings on rings: obviously my engagement ring is hands down, my all time favourite ring, and piece of jewellery ever, and I will usually wear it on it’s own. But I do love rings the look of small, delicate rings scattered on my hand. I usually will do my 2nd & 4th fingers on my left hand, and my 3rd & 5th finger on my right…not sure why this is the case, but it just works for me. My engagement ring was beautifully designed by my fiancé, and I have some gorgeous rings gifted to me from my family members that I usually save for special occasions. My other rings that I don’t have to worry about loosing I tend to get from pandora.
2) Dainty gold chain with a pendant: next to my permanently in earrings, this is what you will always find me in. Some form of delicate cold chain, with a pendant hanging from it. I go back and forth between a few pieces depending on my outfit, and the neckline of my top! My favourites are the one my fiance got me with 5 diamonds in a row (I’m wearing it in 98% of my pictures) from Finch Centre Jewellers, and my ones from Birch too, that I’m wearing here!
3) Small studs or hoops: I honestly wear the same pair of gold sphere studs every day; I sleep in them, shower in them, they’re always in. I had an allergic reaction costume jewellery earrings as a kid, so if I’m changing them it’s into something that is just as high quality, and sleek - like these gold hoops from Birch.
4) Watch it: you think a girl with so many watches would be on time, and yet here I am. Late for everything. I have a bit of a self-proclaimed watch obsession, and my favourite way to wear em is with a cute bracelet or two. I tend to get a lot of my watches from The Hudson’s Bay because they have so many options to choose from, my favourite watch brands are: Fossil and Michael Kors, but I love my white Gucci watch too!
