Lower Limb Circuit

As per my Instagram poll here is my lower limb circuit! This one can be done at home, or at the gym, but is guaranteed to get those buns burning. All of these can be modified to whatever weight you choose, or body weight exercises. Let’s get sweating:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Equipment needed:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Weights (we use dumbbells) ⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Skipping rope ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
- Band (resistance of your choosing) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Warm up - 10 min ⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Circuit, 5 sets
1) Single leg deadlift with row, x 5 es
2) Jump squat with band, x10
3) Split squat with shoulder press, x5 es ⠀⠀
4) Plank with shoulder taps, x10 es ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5) Skipping, x50 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Each circuit should take between 2.5-3 minutes, and let me tell you, you will feel the burnnn. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
