Home Workout Hacks

Ok so I have a confession to make... I hate home workouts. The first day my sister suggested it, I flat out refused. Fast forward to now, and I actually enjoy them??? I feel so much better that I’m moving, it doesn’t really matter where it is. Here are my home workout hacks to help you get your sweat on 💦
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👟Have a partner - without my sister to motivate me (or have random dance parties with, or laugh with, or fight with) it would be be so boring. Do FaceTime workouts with your gym partner if need be! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🎵 Music - make sure you’re pumping the jams, there’s nothing better than an upbeat gym playlist to get your workout going ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💭 Get creative - we don’t have all the same equipment as the gym, so think outside the box to use what you have. Blankets and pillows to prop up as a bench, shoes as pylons, etc.
